Charter has bubonic plague.

So surely everyone found out this month about Suddenlink taking over some Charter and Cox customers, but here’s a tidbit you didn’t know:
It’s really Charter, but they contracted Bubonic Plague in a weird gene experiment with Cebridge that went awry.

black_death.jpgSo what happened?

Simple, system issues has plagued Suddenlink since they took over the Point Pleasant area, but they refuse to admit it on the phone really. Even worse is that Jerry @ suddenlink’s call center really needs to learn some manners.

I typed reboot on my BSD server (uptime 100 days) just to appease him, and apparently I did it too fast. When I told him I did it right before he said so, he decided to deride me further by saying he told me to unplug the unit and plug it back in. It seems like Suddenlink isn’t whipping their employees enough,

and 100014267 could use it more, since he apparently likes being the one giving orders.
